Vancouver, B.C. — Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. announces that it has entered into a debt settlement agreement with a major creditor pursuant to which a $125,000 of indebtedness is to be satisfied by the issuance of 2,500,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.05 per share, subject to regulatory acceptance.
